This photo shows the inside of the Sanctuaire Notre Dame du Cap, east of the town of Cap de La Madeleine, which is between Montreal and Quebec along the Saint Lawrence River. The main altar is built of Italian marble. The shrine was consecrated in 1964 and is also known for its beautiful stained glass windows.
