This photo also shows the study used by Cardinal Newman. Cardinal Newman was one of the founders of the "Oxford Movement" in England in 1833. As a result of that "Movement", and a revival of intellectual interest in the Catholic Church, hundreds of Anglicans converted to Catholicism.
